Farhana Rahman - Founder, VP of Operations
With a deep rooted passion for healthcare and strategic leadership, I bring a strong academic foundation and real world insight to the healthcare staffing industry. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania. I began my MBA at the Wharton Business School and completed it in Florida, with a focus on healthcare management and business innovation.
My diverse academic and professional journey has shaped my mission: to bridge critical staffing gaps in healthcare with reliable, compassionate, and highly qualified professionals. Through my agency, I’m committed to improving operational outcomes while supporting both medical facilities and clinicians in achieving their goals.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active through running and enjoy both playing and watching tennis. On my off days, I love traveling the world with Ben, my husband of six years and cherish spending quality time with my family and our three cats.

Caitlyn Sanford - Founder, VP of Strategic Growth
I earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Florida State University, with a certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security, providing a strong foundation in human behavior, crisis response, and organizational dynamics.
I have developed a unique blend of frontline experience through my work with FEMA on disaster response efforts nationwide, hands-on clinical experience in cardiology, and healthcare recruitment leadership. In my current role, I lead physician and advanced practice provider recruitment strategies, focusing on market growth, pipeline development, and long-term talent alignment. This combination of operational, clinical, and recruitment expertise enables me to drive strategic growth initiatives and scalable business strategies within the healthcare industry.
